Anyone age 12 and above can volunteer. All you need is a willingness to work and a desire to serve.

Gleaners is an organization that takes unmarketable vegetables and dices, dehydrates and packages them for vegetable mixes. These vegetable mixes are then used to feed hungry people, both locally and internationally.

Recognizing that the Southern Manitoba region has been blessed by God with the necessary resources, financial capability of many, and a mission-minded people who willingly support and volunteer, a group of men assembled and SOUTHMAN GLEANERS was born.

We are located at: 24 Reinfeld St. N, Reinfeld, MB R6W 1L4

Based on information from other Gleaners like us, these are the numbers we expect:
Daily Production: 3,000 lbs for a total of 600,000 lbs annually.
After drying it, it comes out to about 90,000 lbs
1 bag makes 100 servings, so we expect to make 3,000,000 servings per year.
